Every detail, every pocket, every stitch has been thought out to ensure the item lasts longer and improves the comfort of its wearer.

The brand has 9 stores in France, 1 store in London, 1 store in New York and 1 store in Los Angeles. The brand is also sold through a high -end and selective multi-brand network.

To support its strong development, OFFICIE GENERALE is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and passionate FULL TIME SALES ASSOCIATES to join our NEW YORK on Madison Avenue.

· Facilitate the brand’s high standards of client experience, communicating the brand’s aesthetic.

· Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals

· Follow company’s KPI’s strategies to ensure performance standards are met.

· Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.

· Ability to think creatively in business and seek sales opportunities

· Transmission of the brand's values and image by promoting its products, quality, and attention to detail.

· Follow all front and back of house procedures in accordance with company Policy and Procedures.

· Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards. Keen eye for attention to detail.

· Assist in the implementation of merchandising recommendations. Ensure that the store is always merchandised to the Brand’s desired standard.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ensures all sales related policies and procedures are maintained.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book.

· Have 1+ years’ experience in retail.

· Be customer service and sales oriented.

· Be Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic.

· Be fashion savvy.

· Have Computer skills to operate point of sale system.

· Be a team player.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends to meet the needs of the business.

- STORE MANAGER for our Store on Madison Avenue.

· Passion to inspire, coach and lead a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism in close liaison with the regional manager and the HQ.

· Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting top line sales.

· Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sale experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.

· Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed by the team in accordance with company Policy and Procedures.

· Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards. Keen eye for attention to detail.

· Daily reports of sales and customer feedbacks.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills.

• 5+ years of proven experience in retail.
• Be customer service and sales oriented.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic.
• Be fashion savvy with a strong knowledge in menswear.
• Computer skills to operate point of sale system.
• Be a team player.
