Sometimes, words aren’t enough to explain a collection. I’ve never been a fan of forcing a creative concept across every piece to justify a season’s mood. My approach is more organic, I observe, note, and reinterpret everyday details into an evolving Officine Générale wardrobe.
For Spring-Summer 2025, my inspiration led me to a Paris of the arts, beyond Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A city filled with studios and artists, where style is effortless yet considered. This translated into wider volumes, fluid fabrics, pure linen and linen-cotton blends, textured shirts, and an uncommon olive-green denim. Colors remain neutral, with whites and naturals shining in the women’s collection.
Last spring, over dinner with our friends at Galerie Chenel, the idea emerged to photograph the collection in an artistic setting. The result: images taken amid Roman statues and Egyptian bronzes along the Quais de Seine. This season, I also wanted a more intimate presentation, one that echoes the early days of Officine Générale.
